Required skills and competencies :
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse).
- Strong track record in enterprise solution design, including multi-environment deployments, layered architecture, and CI/CD pipeline practices.
- Integration expertise with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies, and messaging patterns.
- Excellent knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance in large organisations, ideally within the government or public sector.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, with the ability to represent technical recommendations in governance forums.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to balancing delivery needs against long-term sustainability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering best practice and continuous improvement.
