About the Role:
- Lead development and customisation of Dynamics CRM with a focus on Customer Insights
- Collaborate closely with CRM specialists and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Work onsite 2 days per week (Melbourne or Sydney), with flexible remote work for the rest
What You’ll Need:
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM custom development, plugins, and Customer Insights
- Skilled in Power Platform, Logic Apps, JavaScript, C#/.NET
- Experience in error handling and large-scale CRM builds
- Excellent communication skills to work across technical and business teams
Bonus if You Have:
- Exposure to Dynamics Sales module
- Experience in enterprise or financial services environments
