A leading organisation in the superannuation industry is looking for a Senior Dynamics CRM Engineer to join a growing, high-performing team – with a specific focus on the Customer Insights module.
About the Role :
We’re hiring for a permanent, full-time Senior Engineer with strong Dynamics CRM development experience and an ability to engage confidently across teams. You’ll play a critical role in building and optimising the Customer Insights capability, working closely with the current CRM specialist, Prabhu Rathinam.
You’ll be based in Melbourne or Sydney, with two days onsite each week and flexibility the rest of the time.
What We’re Looking For Must-Have Experience:
- Deep hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM, particularly:
- Custom development
- Plugins
- Customer Insights
- Strong background in:
- Power Platform, Logic Apps, JavaScript
- C#/.NET
- Error handling and large-scale CRM platform builds
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll be a trusted go-to across both technical and business teams
- Exposure to the Dynamics Sales module
- Experience in enterprise or corporate environments (Financial services/super not essential)
