About the role
Seeking Functional Analyst with experience across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Join a dynamic enterprise team where your business analysis expertise will help shape scalable, user-centric digital solutions.
In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.
You'll gather and analyse requirements, map and improve business processes, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design fit-for-purpose solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document functional requirements aligned with business goals
- Map and enhance business processes leveraging Power Platform
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
- Support testing phases and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Strong background in business analysis and functional specification
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred)
- MS Power Platform certification (desirable)
