- Seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer for our key utilities client to support the final delivery of a D365 Customer Service CRM project, followed by ongoing support, optimisation, and enhancements. The role also includes broader D365 and Microsoft project work as needed. Responsibilities include configuring, developing, and maintaining workflows and code within the CRM system.
- Support the finalisation and develop of the Customer Asset Team D365 CRM
- Design, code, and configure D365 application modules to specification.
- Develop D365 according to functional requirements and user stories.
- Develop and execute unit testing on relevant D365 functionality.
- Integrate API’s and other functionality as required.
- Provide technical support for the environment and business applications on the D365 platform, with a primary focus on CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience developing Power Platform solutions and CRMs using JavaScript or C#.
- Over 2 years’ hands-on experience with D365 CRM development, Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 functionality and architecture.
- Proven experience delivering CRM solutions in Power Apps (at least 2–3 relevant projects).
- Familiarity with JavaScript, custom connectors, actions/plugins, Microsoft products, and orchestration design.
- Strong skills in data modelling, table design, business rules, views, forms, and applying security measures within solutions.
- Capable of developing apps to support or extend Power Platform solutions.
- Experience configuring Power Platform features, Dataverse, and connectors to enable integration across systems including Azure, M365, and other enterprise platforms.
