Specialise in developing and maintaining custom solutions using the Dynamics 365 platform.
You will be a key member of a new capability within our team and help assist the team unlock the benefits of the CRM (MS Dynamics 365) and CDP (Customer Insights).

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions tailored to business needs using Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights.
  • Configuring and customising Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows, Logic Apps, workflows, plug-ins, and custom actions to enhance productivity
  • Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.
  • Working with teams for release management, continued deployment automation (DevOps) to streamline deployment processes through the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of CI/CD pipelines, reducing downtime and errors, and ensuring reliable updates and new features.
Mandatory requirements:
The successful candidate will posses all or most of the following requirements:
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Knowledge in Customer insights (desirable)
  • Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS and REST APIs
  • Experience in Plugin development, Power automates, Power apps, Power portal, Scribe, Dataverse / CDS, JavaScript.
  • Experience in development through cloud services preferably Azure - API Apps, API Management, Web Apps and Functions.
  • Knowledge of efficient implementation, maintenance and monitoring CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in Power BI, CRM reporting.
  • Skills in modern software development techniques such as continuous delivery, test driven development, pair programming, etc.
  • Proficiency in data modelling for accurate reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • A desire to continually learn and embrace emerging technologies.
