Key Skills:
- Proven success in leading ICT projects and driving digital transformation within complex environments.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a track record of preparing complex, high-value ICT funding submissions.
- Strong financial management experience, including budgeting and oversight of capital ICT investments.
- In-depth understanding of digital governance, compliance, risk, and security in ICT project environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple organisations.
- Develop and deliver detailed digital services business cases and Project Definition Plans aligned with strategic priorities.
- Engage with agencies, external partners, and key stakeholders to shape and support digital services strategy.
- Provide expert advice to executives, technology leaders, and project teams on digital reform and ICT investment opportunities.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across internal teams and external partners.
- Support the design and execution of digitally focused transformation initiatives that enable better service outcomes
