Peoplebank is recriting for one of our banking clients for a Digital Sales Analyst. Join a digital team focused on boosting online sales for credit cards and personal loans. The team analyses where customers drop off during applications and uses personalised messaging to bring them back and complete the journey. We are looking for someone with a curious, data-driven mindset and strong communication skills. Experience in digital analytics, behavioural insights, or CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) is ideal. You will help tailor the digital experience with targeted content and offers based on user behaviour.
This is a 9 month fixed term contract.

As an Analyst in Digital Sales, you’ll be part of a team committed to customer obsession, agility, simplicity, accountability, and collective success.
Each day, you'll:
- Conduct segmentation and CRO analysis to improve sales growth and funnel conversion.
- Develop and share insights from the Digital Sales Personalisation program to inform stakeholders and optimise sales performance.
- Design and implement analytics dashboards to track program and use-case effectiveness.
- Contribute ideas and shape the delivery of personalisation initiatives.
- Enhance team processes, knowledge sharing, initiative tracking, and stakeholder communications.
