We are seeking a Digital Learning Tools Specialist to optimise our learning platforms, improve workflows, and enable teams to deliver high-quality content efficiently - this is a contract role.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and optimise content-development tools such as Articulate, Rise, and Storyline.
- Audit and improve workflows, templates, and publishing processes.
- Review and enhance existing workflows, incorporating AI to speed up content delivery.
- Coach internal teams and create guides to maximise tool usage.
- Work with vendors or external experts for short-term reviews and enhancements.
- Support initiatives related to Democratisation of Learning frameworks.
- Deep expertise in content development platforms (Articulate Suite, Rise, Storyline, Captivate, Adobe Suite, Canva, Microsoft Suite; Figma a plus).
- Proven experience in system optimisation and workflow improvement.
- Ability to train teams and work with external vendors.
- Exposure to Democratisation of Learning frameworks desirable.
