About the Role
We are seeking four (4) DevOps Cloud Engineers to support the reliability, performance, and monitoring of key systems in a large-scale federal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor systems and respond to service alerts
- Improve observability and automate incident remediation
- Resolve reliability issues alongside technical support teams
- Stay informed on cyber and operational trends
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace or Splunk
- Scripting with SPL, SQL, Python, or DQL
- Exposure to AWS and/or Azure
- Understanding of security standards and Fortinet monitoring tools
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions
- Problem-solving skills to identify and fix performance issues
- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative teams
