Delivery Lead – Drive Agile Success in Digital Transformation
Join a dynamic digital team as a Delivery Lead, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across high-impact digital initiatives. We’re looking for a seasoned project management professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes. This is a 6 month contract with view to extend based in the Eastern Suburbs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a cross-functional squad, overseeing scope, budget, timelines, RAID, and quality to ensure successful delivery of digital capabilities.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, foster a high-performance team culture, and champion continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to align delivery with strategic goals and customer needs.
- Provide clear, data-driven reporting and insights to support decision-making and transparency.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in IT project or product delivery roles, ideally within retail or eCommerce environments
- Proven ability to lead Agile squads and ceremonies, with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of aligning delivery to business value.
- A tertiary qualification in an IT-related field is preferred.
