We are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Functional Data Platform Success Specialist to join their fraud and intelligence team. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills to act as a subject matter expert and contribute to the integrity, quality, and performance of a critical data platform.

In this role, you will enable and guide business users on the platform, perform quality assurance on rules, data pipelines, dashboards, and user interfaces, and work alongside application support specialists to proactively manage risks. You will collaborate closely with analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure systems meet current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the go-to platform SME, providing guidance and support to business users.
• Conduct functional testing and quality assurance on rules, dashboards, data pipelines, and interfaces.
• Validate data integrity and ensure alignment with business logic and stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, analysts, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Translate business requirements into platform configurations and enhancements.
• Provide training, documentation, and best practice guidance to improve adoption and proficiency.
• Monitor platform performance, identify risks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:
• Experience in technical/functional business analysis or similar roles bridging business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on data skills, including SQL querying and data validation.
• Experience with QA/testing of business applications and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:
• Exposure to Palantir Foundry or similar data integration platforms (training provided).
• Knowledge of fraud detection, corruption risks, or risk management frameworks.
• QA/testing certifications (ISTQB or equivalent).
• Experience in regulated environments and Agile methodologies.

This is an excellent opportunity to combine technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and QA capabilities in a role that drives business value and innovation.
