About the Role:
The Data Analyst will oversee the management and enhancement of our client’s database systems. You’ll begin with the Migration Data Science team, helping enterprise customers move from on-prem data centres to the cloud. You’ll build datasets, analyse customer journeys, and create dashboards that deliver real insights and help improve the cloud migration experience. You’ll work closely with Data Scientists and stakeholders across the business in a highly collaborative, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Migrate existing dashboards to a new data system
• Build robust datasets and ETL processes to streamline analysis
• Generate insights to uncover patterns and trends
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Databricks or Tableau
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Provide regular progress updates and manage deliverables effectively
About You
• 8+ years’ experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics roles
• Advanced SQL skills
• Strong experience in Python or R
• Proficient in Tableau or Databricks
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
