We’re partnering with a leading global consultancy to support the growth of their AI and data capability in Sydney. As part of this expansion, we’re looking for a Data, AI & Governance Engineering Manager
to help deliver modern data platforms, support AI initiatives, and strengthen governance across the business.
About the Role
This hands-on leadership role sits at the intersection of data engineering, AI enablement, and data governance. You’ll work with a team of engineers and analysts to build secure, scalable data solutions that support advanced analytics and machine learning, while also ensuring strong data quality and compliance frameworks are in place.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who can bridge technical delivery and data strategy. Ideally, you’ll have:
• Experience leading or coordinating data engineering and governance projects
• Solid knowledge of Azure data services and the Snowflake platform
• Familiarity with AI/ML workloads and how data pipelines support them
• A track record of implementing data quality, lineage, and governance practices
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and guide technical teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
