Our client is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Business Analyst (IAM) to support the rollout of an Enterprise Access Model (EAM). Working closely with IAM and Cyber leadership, this role will focus on streamlining business processes, enhancing user access management, and ensuring a seamless transition across the organization. The successful candidate will bring strong stakeholder engagement capabilities and a keen understanding of cybersecurity principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess existing business processes, documentation, and procedural libraries impacted by the new access model.
- Map and document current-state workflows, identifying gaps and proposing aligned future-state processes.
- Develop clear, targeted end-user communications to support change management and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive alignment.
- Support the rollout logistics, including hardware token procurement and associated user support workflows.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity-focused BA roles.
- Strong skills in process analysis, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Experience supporting large-scale system or process transitions within enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of business readiness, change enablement, and end-user training strategies.
