We're looking for a Cyber Security Architect to join a high-performing team focused on uplifting security across critical platforms, cloud environments, and enterprise systems. You’ll play a key role in defining and embedding security into solution architecture, supporting strategic projects, and influencing technology direction across the business.
What you'll do:
- Design and implement security architecture for enterprise applications and cloud-based systems
- Advise on secure-by-design principles throughout the solution delivery lifecycle
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders
- Assess risks and provide actionable recommendations to align with security policies and regulatory requirements
- Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies to continuously evolve the organisation’s security posture
- Proven experience in cyber security architecture within large, complex environments
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (ideally Azure), identity and access management, network security, and secure application design
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as APRA CPS 234, ISO 27001, or NIST
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical risks into business language
- Highly respected financial services organisation
