We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of a large-scale Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) platform built on Microsoft Azure. This role will be pivotal in ensuring a secure, scalable, and user-friendly identity solution for both individual and organisational users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of Azure-native CIAM solutions covering Azure AD B2C custom policies, API Management, Cosmos DB, and delegated authority patterns.
- Oversee integration of identity services with legacy systems and ensure data integrity and privacy compliance.
- Develop and maintain solution architecture artefacts including data flow diagrams, threat models, and transition-to-support documentation.
- Guide delivery teams on identity linking, account migration, and user lifecycle processes.
- Define operational readiness requirements including monitoring, deployment strategies, and support documentation.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale digital identity or security programs.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services including Azure AD B2C, API Management, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB.
- Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), RBAC, and delegated authority models.
- Experience with Trusted Digital Identity Framework (TDIF), myGovID, ABR, and ASIC integrations.
- Background in information security, privacy regulations, and risk management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
