Working with a globally recognised tech company as an Instructional Designer, you’ll be supporting a team who are focused on how teams collaborate through evidence based practices. You’ll be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences for internal and external customers across multiple formats.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructional content across multiple formats, including eLearning, microlearning, support guides and audio/visual.
- Translate behavioural research and ways of working concepts into accessible learning experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the team to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- 5+ years’ experience in Instructional or Learning Experience design.
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance content design.
- Prior experience ideally working within a tech or SaaS environment.
