About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cloud Application Support & Engineering Analyst to join our AI and Data Transformation Program in Perth. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Azure and AWS, infrastructure automation, and AI-integrated cloud environments. You’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing cloud-native applications that power enterprise-scale data and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 support for cloud-hosted applications and services across Azure
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Support AI-enabled applications and APIs, including integration with platforms like OpenAI or Azure Cognitive Services.
- Automate diagnostics, monitoring, and incident response using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Collaborate with DevOps, data, and architecture teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Implement and manage monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or Sumo Logic.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure (Pipelines, Repos, Functions, AD)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration in cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring in cloud platforms.
- Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Talend, Azure Data Factory) is a plus.
Desirable
- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- ITIL certification or experience in ITSM environments.
- Experience in education, finance, or enterprise SaaS environments.
