We’re partnering with a global SaaS company delivering intelligent workforce management solutions tailored to the hospitality and quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector. As their new Client Solutions Manager
for the ANZ region, you’ll take ownership of key client relationships, ensuring seamless platform adoption, ongoing engagement, and strategic value delivery.
This is a client-facing, cross-functional role at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer success. You’ll act as a trusted partner to enterprise clients, helping shape how they engage with their workforce and operate more efficiently.
What you’ll do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key ANZ clients
• Lead regular client meetings, run agendas, and manage follow-ups
• Support onboarding, change initiatives, and feature rollouts
• Triage and resolve support queries, managing JIRA tickets where needed
• Deliver training, demos, and release communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Implementation
• Contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs) and assist with pre-sales engagements
• Drive client engagement, product adoption, and account expansion
What we’re looking for
• Background in client success, customer solutions, or account management within a SaaS environment
• Experience with employee scheduling, timesheets, rostering, or workforce planning tools
• Confident managing senior client stakeholders and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
• Experience leading change management or technical implementation initiatives
• Proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced settings
• Strong communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills
