Change Service Manager — large multinational company

We are seeking a skilled Change Service Manager
with a strong background in telecommunications
to lead and optimize change management processes across network and IT domains, driving innovation and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary onshore customer interface for change management across network, IT, and service platforms, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Lead technology and process innovation initiatives, driving automation, process improvements, and adherence to industry best practices like ITIL.
• Manage and coordinate all change lifecycle activities, including reviews, audits, documentation, KPIs, and compliance with SLAs and vendor agreements.
• Collaborate closely with offshore delivery teams to maintain quality change records, support standardization, and provide leadership in change management processes.
• Conduct training, workshops, and provide 24/7 escalation support to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Skills & Experience
• At least 7 years’ experience in Change and Service Delivery management roles within a telecommunications environment
• Network Operations / Service Managers with strong customer engagement
• Experience in telecommunications networks, OSS/BSS, and ITIL v4 frameworks
• Experience driving process improvements, automation, and risk mitigation
• Lean Six Sigma, and broad telco or data centre network experience is a plus
