A leading national construction organisation is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a workforce integration project. This role will play a critical part in transitioning employees from an acquired business into the parent organisation, ensuring minimal disruption and strong cultural alignment.

About the Role
The Change Manager will lead the design and delivery of a structured change management approach. The focus will be on people, processes, systems, and culture—ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and supported throughout the transition.
This includes:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive change management plan
  • Leading stakeholder engagement, communications, and resistance management
  • Supporting the phased transition of approx. 140 employees across different regions
  • Driving cultural alignment and readiness for new systems and processes
  • Designing and delivering tailored training programs to build capability and confidence
  • Monitoring organisational readiness, adoption, and employee sentiment
NB - A key component of this role is assessing training needs and working with internal teams to develop and deliver learning solutions that support new systems, processes, and behaviours. You’ll coordinate training delivery across diverse employee groups and ensure learning materials are relevant, accessible, and aligned with change objectives.

About You
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in change management roles within medium to large organisations
  • Proven success in organisational transitions, mergers, or workforce integrationintegrations
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training delivery
  • Experience working with HR, IT, and project delivery teams in complex environments
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Background in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology, or Learning & Development is highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications and formal certification or accreditation in change management understood – Role is to commence asap, and engagement is fixed term contract.
