Job Title: Change Manager – ICT Projects
Location: Townsville, QLD (Hybrid/Flexible)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Required skills and competencies:
- 5+ years' experience as a Change Manager, ideally in ICT or digital transformation projects
- Experience working in government or complex stakeholder environments
- Strong knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter)
- Experience in developing stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI) preferred
- Project management exposure or certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus
