Change Manager & Change Analyst – State Government Transformation Program
Location: Melbourne CBD / Hybrid
Contract Duration: 6–12 months
Start Date: ASAP

Our State Government client is undertaking a major transformation program to integrate systems, processes, and capabilities across multiple functions. This multi-year initiative will deliver improved regulatory outcomes and enhanced services for the community.

Roles Available
We are seeking experienced Change professionals to join the Enterprise Change team:

1. Change Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end change delivery for complex transformation initiatives.
  • Develop integrated change strategies and plans aligned to program objectives.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and coach leaders to embed change.
  • Manage business readiness, adoption tracking, and benefits realization.
  • Oversee communications and training plans to support successful implementation.
  • Provide governance reporting and risk management for change activities.
Ideal Profile:
  • Proven experience managing large-scale organisational change in complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Experience in government or regulated sectors highly desirable.
2. Change Analyst Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
  • Support Change Managers with integrated change planning and reporting.
  • Prepare communications, training materials, and readiness documentation.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and contribute to capability uplift initiatives.
  • Assist with operating model and organisational redesign activities.
Ideal Profile:
  • Experience in change analysis and reporting within transformation programs.
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects.
  • Exposure to government or public sector environments preferred.
