We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Change and Communication Manager to lead the end-user change journey for a high-impact MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) security implementation.
Key Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills with experience crafting communication for large and diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of change management principles and proven ability to apply them to technology projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with government security standards and protocols is highly desirable.
- Ability to measure change readiness and adapt communication based on feedback and progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end change management and communication plans tailored to a large-scale MFA rollout.
- Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement, ensuring users are consulted, informed, and supported.
- Collaborate with IT security teams, project managers, and business units to embed change activities into project delivery.
- Work alongside a technical trainer to align messaging and support user readiness.
- Track and report on change metrics, readiness, and adoption levels, and adjust strategy as needed.
