About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Change and Communication Analyst to support a high-impact transformation programme within a leading banking client. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering effective communication strategies and change initiatives that support employee engagement and ensure smooth adoption of business and technology change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication and engagement plans for strategic change initiatives
- Collaborate with change leads, project managers, and business stakeholders to understand impacts and craft clear, audience-focused messaging
- Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments
- Create engaging content (e.g., emails, intranet articles, presentations, FAQs) aligned with the organisation’s tone of voice
- Support change readiness activities, including training and feedback loops
- Monitor and report on communication effectiveness and adoption metrics
- Ensure alignment with internal communications and change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Proven experience in a change or communications role within banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of organisational change management principles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working on large-scale technology, regulatory, or operational change programmes
- Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Yammer, Microsoft 365, and project collaboration platforms
- Prosci/ADKAR certification or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
