One of our valued clients is seeking a motivated Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of tactical change activities within a major project. This role will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders and change leadership to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies and ways of working. You will support readiness, communication, training and stakeholder engagement to minimise disruption and maximise business benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tactical change management activities in alignment with the project strategy and plan.
- Develop and support change artefacts including communications, training material and readiness assessments.
- Engage stakeholders through feedback collection, readiness checks and ongoing communication.
- Monitor and report on change progress, risks, issues and adoption metrics.
- Collaborate with project teams, SMEs and change leadership to embed change into agile sprints and ceremonies.
Key Skills & Experience
- Exposure to change management practices or frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Experience working within agile environments or project-based teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences.
- Ability to engage stakeholders and gather meaningful feedback to support adoption.
- Skilled in preparing clear documentation, reports and structured change artefacts.
