We are seeking experienced Change professionals to join the Enterprise Change team:
Change Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
- Support Change Managers with integrated change planning and reporting.
- Prepare communications, training materials, and readiness documentation.
- Monitor adoption metrics and contribute to capability uplift initiatives.
- Assist with operating model and organisational redesign activities.
- Experience in change analysis and reporting within transformation programs.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects.
- Exposure to government or public sector environments preferred.
- Be part of a landmark transformation shaping public sector services.
- Work in a hybrid environment with a collaborative team.
