We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of a payroll system replacement project. Working closely with the Project Manager, the Change Analyst will lead change management activities to ensure smooth adoption, stakeholder engagement, and effective training across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a detailed Change Management plan.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions and materials.
- Monitor engagement, business readiness, and adoption progress.
- Provide clear reporting and updates on change activities.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in technology change and training.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience in ERP/Payroll-related change projects.
- Relevant change management qualifications (e.g., Prosci, PMP, CCMP) are desirable.
