Position title: Change Analyst (Finance)
Contract: Up to 14 month + likely extension
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid)
Required skills and competencies:
- 5+ years of experience in change management, finance transformation, or business process change within large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model, or similar methodologies.
- Experience supporting Finance and Budgeting system implementations, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Experience in analysis of Period End / Finance Close, Reporting, Lease In, COPA (Margin Analysis), Grants, Treasury / Liquidity, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness strategies.
- Experience assisting in stakeholder communications, training coordination, and resistance management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop change materials and reports.
- Strong collaboration and organisational skills, ensuring seamless coordination across business and technical teams.
- Experience in government, utilities, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Background in finance policy, budgeting, or treasury activities.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and data management best practices.
