We’re looking for an experienced Business Designer to help shape a high-impact regulatory transformation program in the insurance sector. This is an initial 12-month contract where you’ll focus on an early-stage initiative, uncovering the problem space, identifying what needs to be done, and simplifying complex information for senior stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
What You’ll Do
• Lead discovery and definition for early-stage initiative.
• Co-design target state, advise on impacts and co-shape the business approach to deliver the target state.
• Align program with broader strategic priorities and enterprise portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
• Manage dependencies, stakeholder needs, and change impacts across multiple business areas.
Who You Are
• Strong background in business design, business analysis, or business change.
• Experience working on large, complex business transformation programs.
• Skilled in strategy formation, root cause analysis, operating model design, and business architecture.
• Experience in business consulting or strategic roles will be highly valued.
• Insurance or Financial Services experience is strongly preferred.
