UKG (Kronos) Implementation
Our client, a leading public health organisation serving Melbourne’s inner southeast, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation and adoption of Kronos UKG PRO across payroll, rostering and timekeeping operations. Initial contract is until 28th Feb 2026, with chance of extension
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse current rostering/timekeeping processes and document As-Is/To-Be states.
- Develop and validate business and user requirements across stakeholder groups.
- Support data migration, testing cycles, QA activities, training and change adoption.
- Conduct daily system analytics, troubleshooting and reporting.
- Produce clear process documentation, reports and insights.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across clinical, operational and technical teams.
- Must have prior experience UKG Pro Experience
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst on system implementation projects.
- Experience working within large, complex or matrix organisations.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Skilled in process documentation, analysis and problem-solving.
- Collaborative, adaptable and comfortable working in Agile environments.
- Background in healthcare, government or financial services.
- Experience with Lean-Agile, HCD or change management disciplines.
- Familiarity with UKG/Kronos, Microsoft tools (incl. Visio) and data visualisation.
