We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on the development and implementation of a Virtual Assistant (ChatBot) for public-facing online services.
This role will contribute to the successful delivery of a key phase within a broader digital capability uplift program. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the Virtual Assistant meets user needs and aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and document business requirements for chatbot functionality
- Support the design of chatbot dialogue and conversational flows
- Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning activities
- Assist in planning and executing testing for chatbot features
- Collaborate with stakeholders across digital, service delivery, and contact centre teams
- Experience in chatbot or virtual assistant implementation projects
- Strong understanding of conversational or dialogue design principles
- Background in business analysis, UX, or service design
- Comfortable working in agile, collaborative environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with chatbot platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework, Google Dialogflow, or similar
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tools
- Exposure to government or large-scale digital programs
