We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to join a major ERP transformation program focused on digitisation and benefits realisation. This role will lead initiatives that improve business processes and unlock the full potential of SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
You will work closely with stakeholders to identify blockers to system adoption, design digital solutions, and measure performance improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly in operational areas such as logistics, warehousing, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead digitisation initiatives and measure benefits realisation
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders
• Analyse current processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Support change management and solution implementation
Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of service delivery and operational processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in government or large-scale transformation programs is desirable
