Are you passionate about driving measurable outcomes in large-scale transformation programs? We’re seeking a Benefits Realisation Lead to support the implementation of a new Human Capital Management System (HCMS) using SAP SuccessFactors. This role is pivotal in ensuring that business benefits—across people, process, and technology—are identified early, tracked consistently, and realised in alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and categorise benefits across EC, ECP, Recruitment, and Onboarding modules.
- Develop and implement a Benefits Realisation Framework aligned with program objectives.
- Establish baseline metrics and KPIs for tangible and intangible benefits.
- Monitor benefit delivery progress in partnership with data owners and PMO.
- Analyse post-implementation data to validate or adjust benefit forecasts.
- Proven experience in benefits realisation or business performance management within large-scale programs.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, especially EC, ECP, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
- Familiarity with data-driven performance metrics and digital HR transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to translate functional and process changes into measurable outcomes.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, or SAP Analytics.
