About the role:
Join a large-scale digital transformation delivering a secure, modern Human Capital Management (HCM) solution. We’re seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design and implement high-performance data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric and Azure, supporting the migration from legacy HR/payroll systems to SAP SuccessFactors (EC/ECP).
In this role, you’ll build scalable ETL workflows, ensure data integrity, and enable real-time integration between cloud and SAP platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in Microsoft Fabric (SaaS) / Azure Data Services (PaaS)
- Ingestion patterns for - databases, files, APIs
- Experience with Azure API Management (APIM), SAP OData APIs, and Event Hub, Azure Fabric
- Proficiency in data governance tools like Azure Purview
- Connectivity with SAP Success Factor – patterns (nice to have, not mandatory)
