About the Role:
As an Automation Test Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks that improve efficiency, reliability, and speed across delivery pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to support CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify test cases for automation, script and execute tests to maximize coverage and reduce manual effort.
- Review test scripts, plans, and reports to ensure quality and compliance.
- Contribute to risk assessment, tracking, and mitigation strategies for projects.
- Optimize existing automation frameworks and introduce new tools and techniques.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices into our automation strategy.
- 3–5 years in test automation or QA engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio.
- Familiarity with API testing(Postman, SoapUI).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and formal testing processes.
- Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, XRAY).
- Ability to adapt to change, learn quickly, and work collaboratively.
- ISTQB or other automation-related certifications.
- Exposure to Page Object Model design patterns.
- Experience with cloud-based testing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Must be an Australian Citizen(Baseline Security Clearance required).
