Application Support Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to support a diverse Enterprise Applications portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with the Portfolio Lead and collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure stable application operations. As the portfolio consists largely of SaaS-based platforms supported by third-party service providers, the role involves regular coordination with managed service partners to address and resolve technical and business issues.
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude and the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related problems, providing clear communication, thoughtful analysis, and reliable support across a wide range of applications.
Required Skills:
• Solid Application Support Analyst / Engineer related experience
• Broad familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Forms) and the ability to design, build, and implement solutions
• Knowledgeable of ServiceNow, Dynamics 365 CRM and handling IT Tickets
• Some business analyst skills
• Knowledge of Change Management Principles
• Engaged with vendors and service providers; ideally operated within an MSP environment
• Experience supporting SharePoint customers with site-related issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Experience with Maximo application is a plus
