About the Role
In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll architect and deliver enterprise-grade applications on the Appian platform, integrating AI capabilities to enhance process automation and decision-making. You’ll guide and mentor a high-performing technical team, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and translate business requirements into efficient, future-ready workflows that leverage the power of AI and automation.
What You’ll Bring
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering solutions on the Appian low-code platform
• Proven track record designing and building scalable, enterprise-grade low-code applications with an AI automation lens
• Solid background in software or systems engineering principles
• Leadership experience mentoring technical teams in agile delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence across multiple business units
• Experience working within large enterprise environments
• Formal Appian certifications are highly desirable
