Our client is looking for an Adobe Analytics Analyst with Adobe Launch experience to join its Martech team.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics to support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics to support the business initiatives.
- Build reports and dashboards in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including migration from Adobe Analytics.
- Translate business questions into analytical requirements and deliver insights that drive decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and debug Adobe Analytics and CJA reporting issues.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product managers to define tagging requirements and validate implementations
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Workspace, Segments, Calculated Metrics).
- Strong experience with Customer Analytics Journey (CAJ) and journey-based reporting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Launch for tag management and implementation.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs, customer behavior metrics, and funnel analysis.
- Experience with debugging tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Charles Proxy).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
