As the selected candidates, you will:
- Execute scheduled and ad-hoc sandbox refreshes, including data validation and configuration checks
- Monitor daily environment health and connectivity between Salesforce and external systems
- Manage environment synchronization activities to ensure consistency across sandbox tiers
- Support deployment activities using established CI/CD pipelines, including validation, smoke testing, and rollback procedures
- Provision test users, manage test data loading and anonymisation, and troubleshoot user access issues
- Process operational support requests, update runbooks and configuration documentation, and participate in audit activities
- Triage and resolve environment-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Identify and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
- Liaise with support teams to resolve platform issues and maintain operational standards
- Proven experience with Salesforce environment operations, including sandbox refreshes and environment health monitoring
- Strong knowledge of deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools like Splunk, New Relic, or Datadog
- Demonstrated ability to manage environment issues, including troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution
- Experience working in government or large enterprise environments, with an understanding of compliance requirements
- Salesforce Administrator and Omnistudio Consultant certifications
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards relevant to government operations
