This is a 12 month contract with a strong chance of extensiuon working with a government agency with offfices in both richmond and geelong (3 days a week in office)
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Support Engineer to take ownership of troubleshooting, configuration, and platform stability across Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience. You’ll be the go-to technical specialist for diagnosing complex issues, maintaining integrations, and driving platform improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and configure Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience environments.
- Troubleshoot OmniStudio components - FlexCards, OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures.
- Perform advanced system administration - user management, monitoring, configuration, and data integrity.
- Deploy changes using DevOps frameworks, version control, and branching strategies.
- Investigate complex issues through log analysis and root-cause diagnostics.
- Work with business, architecture, and data teams to resolve problems in an Agile delivery environment.
- Troubleshoot API and integration.
- Maintain event monitoring and alerting for proactive issue detection.
- Evaluate Salesforce releases to assess platform impact and advise stakeholders.
- Develop documentation and provide knowledge transfer and training within the team.
Essential Criteria
- Australian citizenship is mandatory for this position
- 5+ years’ Salesforce ecosystem experience in a support or engineering capacity.
- Salesforce Industries / OmniStudio exposure FlexCards, OmniScripts, Data Raptors.
- Apex debugging capability (Triggers, Controllers, Classes) for minor fixes.
- Hands-on deployment experience with version control and metadata branching.
- Salesforce Admin certification (ADM201 or ADM211) and Platform App Builder certification.
Desirable Criteria
- Support experience with Experience Cloud.
- Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Platform Developer I or Vlocity certification.
- Understanding of accessible design and development principles.
