We are working with one of Australia's largest superannuation funds who are currently on the hunt of for an Enterprise Agile Coach for an initial 12 month fixed term contract. In this role, you would be vital for driving and practicing enterprise best practices across a number of Business Streams and divisions. Your expertise and experience will valuable in shaping their future transformations and future ways of working.


About the role:

You will be involved in:

  • Squad and Team Mobilisation - Facilitate 'kick off' sessions, guiding teams to define their purpose and agree on a charter as well as facilitating the creation of sprint milestones to deliver on overarching OKRs, determined from the strategic roadmap.
  • Skill Development - Provide targeted support for effectiveness in specific Squad based roles, for example, guidance on being an effective Product Owner or Scrum Master and also promote and provide a "sense of direction" for the new ways of working.
  • On Demand Coaching - Support teams to utilise the 4Ds (Discover and Define) problem-solving methodology, using diverse 4Ds approaches (e.g. interviews, ecosystem mapping, user empathy or journey maps) to gather varied perspectives on the problem.
  • Promote the new 'ways of working' - Implements our ways of working using the 'Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver' framework - ensuring the right problems are solved and solutions created at speed.

The ideal candidate:

To be successful, you would have the following:

  • A coaching practitioner with strong experience in value management, adept at applying techniques such as Agile, Human-Centered Design (HCD), Lean Six Sigma, to drive effective team performance.
  • Demonstrated robust coaching and mentoring skills to support Squads, teams, and individuals during periods of significant transformation
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops, meetings, and ceremonies effectively
  • Proven track record of successfully guiding teams through transformative mindset shifts
