Career Opportunities for IT & Digital Graduates
The Leaders IT Capacity Uplift Solution Program (CUSP) for graduates is an initiative aimed at equipping graduates between (0 – 5 years post-graduation) with the professional and technical skills necessary to succeed in the ever-evolving field of Information Technology.
We create a tailored 12-month program for each individual with a combination of monthly mentoring, professional skills training, and real-world project work, so after completing the program, the participants can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact in their chosen careers. We had great success with more than 70% of our participants so far converting to permanent employment after completion of CUSP, and more people taking on contracting work as independent contractors through Peoplebank.
This program provides an excellent opportunity for aspiring IT professionals to gain a competitive edge in the job market and launch a successful career in technology.
