This role will be required to work within a multi-disciplinary team that includes varying degrees of matrix management and the need to be flexible in working across boundaries to deliver an outcome. As such, the proposed candidates must be resilient and resourceful.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Significant prior experience with full end-to-end responsibility of training deliverables and will be required to provide evidence of this in an interview
  • required to undertake the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of training needs across all customers and stakeholders
  • Proven instructional design and face-to-face facilitation experience for a diverse range of end users.
  • Systems training and eLearning experience will be well regarded.
  • Required to demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills, efficient time management capability to manage concurrent deliverables, strong influencing and communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships to support and benefit the project
  • Have the ability to travel, at times, with a C (Car) Class Drivers Licence to facilitate training.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and schedule / organise individual workload to achieve outcomes within negotiated timeframes, monitor project activities with reference to deadlines and provide quality advice and sound recommendations to Project Leads
  • Comfort with the requirement to work on concurrent training packages and be an enthusiastic problem solver for a wide array of small and large tasks
  • Thorough knowledge of instructional design methodologies suitable for training package development in an adult learning environment and the ability to provide evidence of this if interviewed
  • Well-developed prioritisation, time management and organisation skills with previous experience managing multiple projects, tasks and deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working collaboratively with the Program Training Lead and Suppliers to identify and analyse the training needs to ensure planning and delivery of effective training for internal and external stakeholders
  • The end-to-end design, development and facilitation of blended technical training programs using dedicated training environments and tools, including assessment criteria that integrates and supports the program
  • The timely, practical and logistical coordination of training and learning programs.
