Site Supervisor
- Initial 6 months contract with possible extension

The role:
The Site Supervisor manages site works, subcontractors, and ensures adherence to schedules, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractors, addressing construction issues, change management, and IFC design limitations.
- Serve as the primary POC for Client construction representatives.
- Supervise daily activities, ensuring adherence to quality, constructability, and safety standards.
- Monitor and report site progress, hazards, and incidents to the Infrastructure Manager.
- Assess and issue High-Risk Activity Permits.
- Ensure timely documentation uploads and compliance with safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous Site Supervisor experience in rail or construction; rail or telecom sector preferred.
- Understanding of rail environment and Network Operator HSE/Site Procedures.
- Strong communication, planning, and managerial skills.
- PTA Supervised Worker/Protection Officer accreditation is a plus.
- White/Blue Construction card and WA Driver's License required.
