About the role
Our large QLD Government client is a recognised leader in healthcare, teaching and research that delivers high-value ICT-related projects. We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to assist exciting new digital projects that are about to commence within mental health space.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in a similar business analyst role , preferably in the health care industry
- Demonstrated experience leading business process modelling activities and requirements gathering for large scale complex organisations
- High level knowledge and application of appropriate business analysis frameworks
- Ability to provide advice on the use of appropriate techniques, methodologies, and tools (BABOK)
- High level negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead, manage and mentor multi-disciplinary project teams
- Knowledge / experience in ICT procurement solutions & change management
