About the role
Seeking an experienced Training Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy, including training plans and needs analysis, to support a significant digital transformation initiative for a state government department.
Responsibilities
- Create and define the Training Strategy
- Establish a standardised framework for training across diverse initiative cohorts
- Lead, manage, and implement training plans to support the program's objectives
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis, Identify knowledge gaps
- Develop and manage relationships within internal and external stakeholders
Skills and experience
- Proven experience as Training Manager or Lead, ideally in digital transformation programs
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training within large-scale, complex projects
- Ability to inspire and guide team members in achieving training goals
