As the EL1 (equivalent) Test Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of their systems. You'll lead testing activities, manage resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead testing of SAS Investigation Management System development and implementation.
- Prepare and review test strategies, plans, scripts, and sign-off reports.
- Manage and support fraud teams in UAT and BVT activities.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a suitable testing environment.
- Manage and track all testing activities and escalate defects.
- Estimate effort and time requirements for testing activities.
- Manage tester resources to support various testing phases.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in functional and/or user acceptance testing with a strong foundation in test skills and experience working on full lifecycle projects.
- Familiarity with defect investigation and the importance of reliable defect reproduction.
- Understanding of test process collateral and its role in providing feedback to management.
- A strong grasp of the test lifecycle within the development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the tenacity to resolve issues.
It is desirable if you have:
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAS products, especially SAS IMS.
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Proven teamwork skills.
