About the Role:

This role focuses on creating and maintaining Oracle-based applications and other systems. The person in this position should be an experienced Oracle developer, skilled in Oracle Application Express (APEX), PL/SQL, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and will work on large-scale projects as part of the development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and support applications using Oracle 12c, Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Develop and manage Linux scripts and other backend process tools.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to capture project requirements and deliver timely progress updates.
  • Offer training and ongoing support to end-users.
  • Aid in preparing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
  • Keep system, user, and technical documentation up-to-date and comprehensive.

Skills and Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing applications with Oracle APEX version 19 or higher.
  • More than 5 years of hands-on development with Oracle RDBMS 12c or later, including advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills.
  • Expert in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for tackling complex issues.
  • Outstanding communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Experienced in creating and managing Linux shell scripts.
